Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or an error in production, please contact us at austin@customcannabismerch.com within 30 days of delivery. Include photos and details of the issue, and we will review your case and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
